Hi Alan,

In reply to your question, there is no cut and dried answer. If you were only suspected of antisocial behaviour and just given a stops form depending on what you were suspected of it may not have been taken any further. However, if the information was recorded as intelligence then the details will be in the police system and would be found on the CRB check. This does not mean that it would necessarily be disclosed as it would depend on what the form said about you,the job you had applied for and whether the officer viewing the information about you felt it was relevant to the role. As I said this is not a straight answer. To put your mind at rest it may be worth you carrying out a subject access request to the Force which will tell you what information is held about you. This would at least give you knowledge of what could potentially be disclosed, eventhough the decision would be down to the chief officer releasing information for the CRB to have the final decision as to what would be contained in the CRB check. Sorry that this is not a clear answer for you, let me know if you need any further information.

Thanks
