Reporting messages which give you cause for concern
If you see a message which gives you cause for concern in any way please let us know by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please say in your email which section the message is in, the date of the message and the Username of the writer and your reasons for concern.
You will normally receive a fairly early response however, the admin mailbox is monitored on a part-time basis so, if you have not received a response within 24hrs please resend/forward the information by email to email@example.com indicating that the report relates to the Gaybod website - this is important as the abuse line responds to a number of websites.
Please also note, as stated within the "Using this Site" section, that Gaybod often receives requests from individuals to alter or remove historic articles.
Our policy is to not remove or make alterations to previous articles on request, unless factual inaccuracies are present or we are compelled to do so by a legal ruling. We do not make exceptions to this policy, as we feel it would compromise the integrity of our listings, and our value as a historic record.
Under data protection laws in Europe, individuals can apply directly to search engines to remove specific results for queries that include their name. Most major search engines including Google and Bing have procedures in place for this.
Gaybod, like most websites is trawled by many search engines and its contents stored.
Please be aware however that when material is removed from the Gaybod website it may continue to be seen on search engines such as Google and Yahoo (and others) and Gaybod cannot remove content from those
