AVOID TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Arrived 2 minutes after the price change and was given zero leniency. Manager didn't want to speak to me when I wanted to make a complaint. Cashier just smirked. I've been a bi-weekly customer for the sauna and masseuse for around 4 years. Take your money elsewhere
